Mike has experience in valuing a wide range of commercial and industrial property, predominantly in the West Auckland market. This includes valuations for market, mortgage, rental, insurance and compensation purposes.

Wayne has experience in real estate advisory and negotiation work with emphasis on commercial and industrial property. He has been central to the valuing a range of different properties, fixing of rentals, leases and sale prices for major corporate and state owned clients across New Zealand.

Mark has experience in valuing and advising on a wide range of urban based property encompassing commercial, industrial, sub-divisional block land, block land and residential assets. He has been integrally involved in tenure review and pastoral land management.
Murray is experienced in the Acquisition and Disposal of Crown land, sale of surplus Government property, and Statutory Lease Management including the management of High Country leases. He has also supervised and project managed large scale subdivisions.

Darroch Property Services has been selected as a member of NZ Transport Authority (NZTA) panels appointed to acquire and dispose of properties (under the Public Works Act 1981) in NZTA’s central and southern regions.
Mr Murray Bradley, Darroch Director, Property Services said “We are pleased to be chosen for the NZTA panels. Our operational and technical experience over the whole spectrum of property activity gives us a unique advantage.”
Darroch has exceptional expertise in acquisition and disposal contracts. The fact they hold the NZTA Property Management contract for the regions concerned means that Darroch can work seamlessly across NZTA’s property lifecycle to deliver cost savings and increased revenue.
“We have the right mix of accredited people and experience to provide a streamlined service to NZTA so they can achieve their strategic objectives. We understand that planning, acquisition, property management and disposal are all related. Our people are well versed in negotiation; and will engage early with all parties internally and externally to deliver efficient and effective property outcomes” Mr Bradley said.
Darroch has secured one of New Zealands largest property management contracts. They will be providing lease and facilities management services for Telecom. 100% Kiwi owned, independent commercial property company, Darroch has extensive experience and expertise managing this, as well as other contracts of a similar nature.
Mr Jim Robb, Head of Corporate Property for Telecom said "Darroch has worked tirelessly to help reshape Telecoms various leased property portfolios. Their outstanding service has made it an easy decision to renegotiate a contract extension without the distraction of going to the market."
